At Lilz Luxe, every crystal is chosen with intention and packed with love. I want you to feel excited when your parcel arrives and confident knowing you’re protected if something isn’t quite right.

💛 If you change your mind

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return your items to us.

Just email angela@lilzluxe.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to send back.

To qualify for a change‑of‑mind return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition

Any packaging, labels, or free gifts must be included

You are responsible for return postage costs

Once I receive the item back and check it, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

💔 If something arrives damaged or incorrect

I’m so sorry, that’s never the experience I want you to have.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you expected, please email angela@lilzluxe.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

A photo of the issue

A short description of what happened

We'll fix it straight away with either:

a replacement,

a refund, or

a store credit

…whatever feels right for you.

There is no need to return damaged items unless we specifically request it.
