At LilzLuxe, every crystal is chosen with intention and packed with love. I want you to feel excited when your parcel arrives and confident knowing you’re protected if something isn’t quite right.

💛 If you change your mind (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you’d like to return it.

Just email us here with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to send back. Once approved, you’ll have 14 more days to return the item.

To qualify for a change‑of‑mind return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition

Any packaging, labels, or free gifts must be included

You are responsible for return postage costs

Once I receive the item back and check it, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you expected, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

A photo of the issue

A short description of what happened

We'll fix it straight away with either:

a replacement,

a refund, or

a store credit

…whatever feels right for you.

There is no need to return damaged items unless we specifically request it.
