Once you’ve placed your order, We will do our best to get your crystals to you as quickly and safely as possible. Every parcel is packed with care, intention, and a little bit of magic — and we want the excitement to begin the moment you click “checkout.”

📦 Delivery Costs

Free delivery on all UK orders over £25

For orders under £25, delivery starts at £1.55

Your exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your items

All orders are sent using Royal Mail, because they’re reliable, fast, and handle fragile items with care.

🚚 Dispatch Times

We’re a small family‑run team, and we do our best to get your crystals packed and on their way as quickly as possible.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours.

Orders placed before 1PM are usually shipped the same working day.
Orders placed after 1PM will be shipped the next working day or within the 48‑hour window.

We ship Monday to Friday and don’t ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

Once your parcel is on its way, Royal Mail will handle delivery based on the service you choose at checkout.
